Active since 2013, Red Black Capital is a fast-moving, innovative Luxemburg investment company. With many years of extensive investment experience in private and public companies, the core goal of Red Black is long-term capital growth.
Across Continental Europe Red Black Capital targets opportunities where it’s possible to deploy €1m to €10m per single investment in majority or minority transactions.
Red Black Capital has over time built a portfolio of holdings in various sectors (food, industrial, medical, etc.), reflecting the group's geographic interests and its approach to both selecting opportunities and working actively for value creation.
The Group is also active in purchasing notes or portfolios in the Non Performing Loans sector from 2019 on mainly unsecured portfolios, through an Italian securitization vehicle, "Red Black Alternative Investments SPV".

Red Black Alternative is an high-profile advisory firm active in Structured Finance (origination and structuring of credit opportunities and solutions) and Advisory for Alternative Private Debt Investors.
Our clients are financial decision makers and investors, eager to develop new business ideas and tailor made strategic solutions. The firm is fully owned by its management team. We operate from our offices in Milan.
